I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The walk to the center of Lisbon was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was a nice touch. I appreciated the coffee maker and hot water pot for tea, as well as the cozy robe and slippers laid out at night. The room with large windows and elegant decor stood out over the interior room I used before, boasting great linen and towels.

Arriving early, we managed to check in at around 2 pm. Though the room wasn't serviced all day by Viking, the executive room provided a comfortable stay. The staff smiled a lot, were incredibly pleasant, and were willing to help with anything we asked. However, the location, while convenient in the center of Lisbon and near many attractions, could be seen as slightly unsafe at night on Avenida da Liberdade.
